Customer Engineer

Join the Fixed Networks team on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026. An exciting opportunity to join Sure by Beyon as a Customer Engineer in Guernsey working 37.5 hours per week.To drive the role forward, the individual will be responsible for Installation and fault resolution for fibre and copper leased line/private circuit/data/voice services to Residental and Business business customers in the Bailiwick of Guernsey, including homes, offices, data centres, industrial parks and small business complexes etc. All applicants must hold a valid driving license. Please note the successful applicant will be required to join a callout rota in order to provide out of hours cover that includes nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.The role will require working at heights to install and repair services, involving climbing poles and the use of ladders.
