Junior CDD Analyst – Control & Testing, Guernsey

Our client is a financial services organisation seeking a Junior CDD Analyst to join their Client Services Team (CST) within the Control & Testing function. The role Our client is looking for a Junior CDD Analyst to support the Control function and to develop expertise across the Client Services Team. Responsibilities include: • Supporting the Control function by keeping the Control inbox up to date. Tasks will include updating the core banking system (blocking/unblocking customers, applying relevant markers, updating risk ratings and countries) and using other in-house systems. • Liaising with other, multi-jurisdictional teams to process instructions or to request additional information while prioritising tasks and adhering to internal policies and procedures. • Assisting in testing Approved Introducers to ensure compliance, including organising MLRO visits. • Participating in other specific duties or projects as required. • Taking part in a structured training programme to learn the fundamentals of the CST. Candidate profile The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Good knowledge of core Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel. • Proficiency in mathematics and very strong English language skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A good level of personal organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. • Some KYC experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
