Role/ Department An opportunity has arisen within our Private Equity Operations team. The role supports the delivery of a high‑quality service to Private Equity clients, working closely with internal teams, Investment Advisors, and third parties to ensure all client deliverables and KPIs are met. You will act as a key member of the administration team, taking responsibility for complex client activities while supporting junior team members and contributing to wider departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Investment Advisors, auditors, and third parties Develop in‑depth knowledge of client structures and bespoke requirements Resolve client queries and provide effective operational solutions Work closely with Relationship Managers on fee structures and service changes Present operational matters to Boards and attend ad‑hoc meetings as required May act as a client director on relevant structures Operational Delivery Manage end‑to‑end investor administration, including capital calls, distributions, transfers, closings, tax reporting, and audit confirmations Perform daily and ad‑hoc cash management, FX processing, invoice payments, loan facility amendments, and bank reconciliations Support company secretarial activities including SPV setup, board meetings, minute taking, and compliance with constitutional documents Team Leadership & Development Lead by example, promoting a collaborative, professional team environment Coach and develop junior team members through on‑the‑job training Ensure procedures are accurate, up to date, and consistently followed Support workload management across the team and assist during peak periods Governance, Risk & Departmental Support Ensure compliance with internal controls, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory obligations Act as an authorised signatory where required Monitor and support departmental KPIs and policy adherence Contribute to audits, SOC 1 reviews, regulatory submissions, and internal projects Support new business pitches, outsourcing oversight, and technical training initiatives Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Guernsey Company, POI and Partnership law Must have proven experience in Private Equity and/ or Fund Administration Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders Demonstrated people management and leadership capability Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively Advanced Excel skills; Investran knowledge advantageous Self‑starter, flexible, and able to perform under pressure Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
