As part of a team of experienced multidisciplinary lawyers, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating firm, integrated into an international network. As part of your internship, you will be fully integrated into our team and involved in our matters under the supervision of the lawyers in the department. You will gain insight into the legal profession and assist the team throughout all stages of a case, including: - Conducting legal and documentary research

  • Participating in the review and analysis of cases
  • Assisting with the drafting of legal documents
  • Participating in client relations
  • Attending court hearings

You may also be required to work with other departments of the firm on cross-departmental matters. The entire team will be committed to supporting your training and development as a lawyer. We deal with a variety of topics such as civil liability, leases, banking law, business transfers, shareholder disputes, restructurings and dismissals. Ideally, you are currently enrolled in a lawyers’ training program (PPI) or hold a postgraduate degree, in particular in judicial careers or in business/commercial law (such as a Master’s degree, a DJCE, or a degree from a business school). We are looking for a trainee for a period of 6 months ideally, to start immediately. - You will need to have an interest in Luxembourg contract law, commercial and corporate law, labour law and real estate law

  • French and English language skills are essential (written and spoken)
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • You will need to be open-minded, autonomous, flexible and able to work in an active and well-organised manner in a dynamic and demanding environment
