Assistant Manager – Market Regulation

We are partnering with a respected financial markets organisation to recruit an Assistant Manager – Market Regulation , based in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to support and oversee day-to-day regulatory operations within a growing capital markets environment. Reporting to the Manager, you will lead risk-based market monitoring, supervise listed issuers, and engage proactively with members to promote regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in process improvement, supervisory visits, management reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position suits a detail-oriented professional with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and experience within regulated financial services. Relevant industry experience and professional qualifications (ICA or CISI) would be advantageous.
