AML Review Team Manager

We’re partnering with a leading financial services business in Guernsey to appoint an experienced AML Review Team Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a specialist team delivering AML monitoring and customer quality risk reviews across both individual and corporate clients, ensuring robust AML/CFT controls and effective due diligence. You’ll bring at least five years’ finance experience, and/or a certificate/diploma in business studies or equivalent. Strong regulatory understanding, proven AML expertise and experience in customer quality risk reviews are desired. This is an opportunity for a meticulous self-starter to shape AML standards within a people-focused organisation.
