Deputy Manager, Autism Hub (Band 6)

In this rewarding Deputy Manager role on the beautiful island of Guernsey, you will support people with learning disabilities and autism across various settings, including residential homes, supported living, short break services, and outreach teams. Your duties will include assessing service users with autism and complex needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs, and leading staff teams in emergency situations. Applicants must be Health or Social Care professionals such as Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Behaviour Technicians, or Social Workers, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at diploma level.
