Our client is seeking a new management team member to join their wellbeing and lifestyle store located in the heart of St Peter Port. This position entails managing day-to-day sales and operations, playing a crucial role in the store's overall success. As part of the management team, you will lead the store by motivating your team to achieve business objectives while also ensuring that excellent customer service is upheld. Enthusiasm and positivity will be key as you interact with customers and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing the fact that no two days are alike. This is a full-time position, and the start date will be discussed during the interview process. Job Duties Drive sales generation and meet sales targets Oversee marketing, public relations, and events Manage hiring, training, and team development Ensure security and safety standards are met Maintain visual merchandising standards Control inventory and manage product selection Oversee website management Handle financial controls and reporting Job Requirements Retail experience is essential Team management experience preferred, especially in retail management Higher education, diploma, or graduate qualification is desirable but not essential Strong commercial awareness Exceptional organisational skills with a natural ability to multitask Resourcefulness and a willingness to learn and grow the business Driving licence is desirable but not essential
