Our client is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the conveyancing process and ensuring that transactions run smoothly from inception to completion. The successful individual will play a crucial role in communicating with clients, estate agents, and other third parties involved in the process, providing support and guidance throughout. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will also be responsible for preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Job Duties Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions. Conduct searches and obtain necessary information from relevant parties. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate the conveyancing process. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each transaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide exceptional customer service and professional guidance to clients. Handle administrative tasks associated with the conveyancing process. Job Requirements Prior experience in a conveyancing role or a related legal field is desirable. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal documentation. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client service. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
