Job Duties Represent clients in court and various legal proceedings. Manage and maintain case files efficiently. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information. Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to develop litigation strategies. Attend mediations and settlement conferences as required. Job Requirements Qualified solicitor or barrister with valid practising certificate. Experience in litigation and legal advocacy. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficient in legal research and drafting documents.
