Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to join their dynamic team. This full-time position plays a vital role within the Trust department, supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations. The successful candidate will help maintain a consistent and high standard of service, ensuring all correspondence is managed in a professional and timely manner. This position is based in Jersey and offers the opportunity to work with a leading international provider of fund, corporate, and private wealth services. Job Duties Manage the day-to-day affairs of complex clients autonomously, adhering to the terms of appointment and group procedures. Build and cultivate client and intermediary relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities. Attend client meetings and engagements with advisors, both in Jersey and occasionally overseas. Maintain accurate statutory records for entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation. Oversee all trust control functions, including periodic reviews, accounts, and updates of registers within agreed time frames. Ensure all client assets are accurately identified, allocated, and under the appropriate control of the trust company or its representatives. Conduct fee assessments to ensure fair pricing for clients and regularly review profitability. Complete all administrative tasks in compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Job Requirements STEP/CGI or other relevant qualification. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within trust administration. Excellent organisation and prioritisation capabilities. Proficient IT skills. Solid understanding of general compliance requirements.
