Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide comprehensive trust and company administration services. This role involves managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, including those of a complex nature, while ensuring high standards of administration, compliance, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, leadership, and a commitment to delivering excellence. Job Duties: Job Duties Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures, including complex cases. Review annual accounts and liaise with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accuracy. Maintain high standards of administration and prepare periodic reports for third parties. Draft and prepare documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements as required. Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers. Attend client meetings and build strong working relationships. Identify opportunities to offer additional services beneficial to clients. Assist with the supervision and development of junior staff. Cover team portfolios during colleague absences as required. Ensure compliance with CDD and maintain client confidentiality. Record time on the company’s time recording system with clear narratives. Achieve financial targets as set by management. Job Requirements Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services. Studying for or qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualification. Proactive and forward-thinking approach. Initiative and commitment to achieving excellence. Excellent communication skills. Ability to supervise and develop junior staff.
