Easyclean Job Vacancies - Property Maintenance / Handyperson We require full-time staff for general property maintenance work. Applicants must be presentable, reliable, organised and enthusiastic in their approach to work. Full-time positions are 45-60 hours per week and include weekend work, no split shifts. Fluent or conversational English, previous experience and a valid, clean driving licence are essential. Primary Duties Responsibility for maintaining and repairing 2 large staff houses and rental properties To work independently and complete any required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Ensure machinery and products are used in the correct manner and manufacturer's instructions are followed Quality standards are maintained Remuneration Monthly pay, rates based on experience Shared accommodation is available for this position £415pcm incl all bills and WIFI Please note, applicants applying from outside Guernsey must have 2+ years experience in construction or property maintenance, references, a local police check and a good level of spoken and written English. For this position a driving licence is essential.
