Our client is seeking a Company and Trust Administrator to join their Jersey-based private client team. The role involves administering a portfolio of trust and company structures, including complex cases, while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Applicants must meet the five-year Jersey residency requirement. Job Duties Administer trust and company structures, including complex cases. Review annual accounts and liaise with bookkeepers and accountants. Maintain high administrative standards and produce periodic reports. Draft documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements. Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and professional advisers. Attend client meetings and foster close client relationships. Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional services. Ensure strict confidentiality of client information. Job Requirements STEP, ICSA, or equivalent qualification. Experience in trust and company administration. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage complex client portfolios effectively.
