Collas Crill Bermuda Limited are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Associate Attorney with at least three years post qualification experience in a commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, preferably within a top-tier litigation practice in Bermuda or another offshore jurisdiction.
The successful applicant will assist the firm’s litigation attorneys with fast-paced and complex litigation and be expected to have strong references and a proven track record that will position them to contribute meaningfully from day one as a junior member of the team delivering superior client service.
They will be expected to have proven experience in assisting with all stages of litigation, including document review, preparing court bundles, legal research and initial drafting of court documents, with at least three years post qualification experience in a commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. Candidates should be client service-oriented with developing client-facing abilities.
Experience in shareholder-side merger appraisal disputes and insolvency and restructuring matters considered a significant plus.
