Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake internal reviews of client investment portfolios against benchmarks and peer groups.
- Support the management of external service providers through timely delivery of information and documentation.
- Maintain and remediate portfolio-related data within core administration systems.
- Carry out research into counterparty credit ratings and investment risk.
- Download, analyse, and rework data from business intelligence systems for different stakeholder needs.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties on matters relating to investment performance and risk.
- Attend Fiduciary Investment Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes where required.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, outliers, and gaps within portfolio data and reporting.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be highly comfortable working with data, particularly using Microsoft Excel. You will be detail-focused, organised, and confident managing multiple pieces of work simultaneously. This role suits someone with a genuine interest in investment markets and portfolio management, who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and developing insight from complex information.
