Our client, an established legal practice, are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys legal research, drafting, and working closely with fee earners. This position would suit a motivated law graduate looking to build strong technical foundations within a professional legal services environment!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day support to partners and lawyers within the Corporate team.
- Undertake legal research to support transactions and advisory work.
- Draft and proofread legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare legal opinions, including capacity, due execution, and enforceability opinions.
- Draft transaction documents such as security interest agreements and ancillary documentation.
- Draft corporate authorisations and supporting documents for transactions.
- Review and comment on constitutional documents of Guernsey incorporated companies.
- Assist with listings and support the ongoing management of transaction files.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a law degree or equivalent qualification and have strong research and organisational skills. You will be highly detail-focused, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role suits someone eager to learn, develop their technical legal skills, and progress within a corporate legal environment.
