Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to overall business strategy as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Develop and deliver a client service strategy to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead and oversee the Private Wealth team responsible for trust, company, and pension services.
- Act as a senior escalation point for key clients and complex matters.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure services are appropriately scoped, billed, and reviewed to reflect value delivered.
- Identify opportunities to grow relationships with existing clients and introducers.
- Work with senior colleagues on business development and promotion of services.
- Ensure the highest standards of fiduciary governance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, supporting succession planning and future leadership.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and risk management activities.
- Serve as a board director when agreed, following completion of relevant requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in private wealth or fiduciary services, with a proven track record in senior client services leadership. You will be commercially astute, highly credible with clients and regulators, and confident leading teams through growth and change. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong commitment to client service, governance, and people development.
