An established fiduciary business is looking for a part-time (25 hours per week) Group Administrator & Company Secretary to play a central role in board support and internal coordination. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Take accurate, professional minutes for board meetings, internal committees, and selected client entities, managing actions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and administer committees, including preparation of agendas, papers, and minute templates.
- Prepare board packs, matters arising schedules, and governance documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, diaries, and logistics.
- Maintain registers, trackers, and databases, including authorised signatories and governance records.
- Format and maintain high-quality documents in line with internal standards.
- Support training coordination and internal governance reporting.
- Provide general company secretarial and administrative support as required.
- Offer cover for wider office administration duties when needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have fiduciary experience and be an accomplished minute taker, with exceptional organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. You will be highly confident formatting documents to a professional standard and managing confidential information with discretion.
