Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful client engagement programmes? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering role-based marketing strategies for C-Suite executives. By fostering long-term relationships and creating tailored client experiences, you will help drive measurable business outcomes and make a real impact.

As a Manager, you will take ownership of a C-Suite role-based engagement programme, managing end-to-end. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strategic mindset to deliver innovative, client-focused marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a C-Suite role-based engagement programme ensuring clear project planning, defined milestones, and timely execution
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, advocating for a new approach to relationship building and driving behavioural change among client relationship owners (Partner level)
  • Oversee the delivery of a masterclass for senior relationship owners, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to strengthen C-Suite relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams across the Clients and Markets function, including client relationship managers, our Executive Boardroom Programme team, and marketing leads, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience
  • Identify gaps in role-specific content and collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored insights, thought leadership, and experiences for clients
  • Design and deliver innovative client labs, events, and experiences aligned with the role-based engagement strategy
  • Working with your Senior Manager, conduct internal deep discovery interviews for selected clients with internal stakeholders, to gather insights on key clients, using this information to create personalised engagement plans and tailored touchpoints
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sponsorship teams across the firm to integrate relevant events, sponsorship opportunities, and content into client engagement plans
  • Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of engagement plans, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and supporting the Marketing Director and Senior Manager in executive-level reporting for Role-Based marketing

Essentials:

  • Experience in role-based marketing, including the development of personas or bespoke content/experiences.
  • Strategic thinker with experience of developing and implementing commercial marketing strategies.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in managing senior stakeholders, including at the Exec level, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement and reporting, with experience in delivering data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of marketing within a professional services environment, including understanding of client relationship management in a partnership model.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Desirables:

  • Experience designing and delivering highly personalised, client-focused marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes at the C-Suite level.
  • An understanding of the challenges, priorities, and decision-making processes of C-Suite executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
