FTC Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager - Private Clients

An established private client business in Guernsey is looking for a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager to provide continuity and expertise during a key period on a fixed-term contract basis of 12 months. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio while contributing to team leadership and high service standards! Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures in line with client agreements and regulatory requirements. Ensure administration is completed in accordance with current tax and legal advice, with support from senior colleagues. Deliver a consistently high standard of service, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and intermediaries. Liaise with beneficiaries, advisers, bankers, auditors, lawyers, and other third parties as required. Manage invoicing, fee billing, and debt collection proactively and accurately. Maintain up-to-date entity records, including minutes and meeting notes prepared to an appropriate standard. Support the team lead and deputise in their absence where required. Supervise and support the development of junior team members. Delegate routine administration tasks while retaining oversight and accountability. Oversee projects and ensure delivery within agreed deadlines. Identify and manage fiduciary risk factors, escalating trigger events appropriately. Take responsibility for FATCA, CRS, payment procedures, FID reviews, and audit action points. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a regulated fiduciary or professional services environment, along with strong organisational and supervisory skills. You will hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification and be confident managing complex structures independently.
