Our client is seeking a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator to join their fiduciary team and manage a varied portfolio of trusts and companies in a supportive, collaborative environment! Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies with appropriate oversight. Preparing minutes, resolutions and standard client documents. Coordinating banking, investment and transactional activity. Maintaining statutory records and accurate data across systems. Liaising with clients, advisers and intermediaries. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. Monitoring deadlines and managing time effectively. Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to team workflow. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and corporate administration. They will be organised, accurate and confident handling a portfolio with appropriate supervision. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.
