Our client is seeking a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator to join their fiduciary team and manage a varied portfolio of trusts and companies in a supportive, collaborative environment!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies with appropriate oversight.
  • Preparing minutes, resolutions and standard client documents.
  • Coordinating banking, investment and transactional activity.
  • Maintaining statutory records and accurate data across systems.
  • Liaising with clients, advisers and intermediaries.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitoring deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to team workflow.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and corporate administration. They will be organised, accurate and confident handling a portfolio with appropriate supervision. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.
