Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Project Manager to support their growing Projects and Change function. You'll collaborate across departments, manage delivery from concept to completion, and play a pivotal part in driving innovation.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading project planning, scoping, and feasibility assessments to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinating workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and assess current processes.
- Translating business needs into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Overseeing process analysis and mapping "as-is" workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Designing and implementing efficient, scalable "to-be" processes and recommending automation opportunities.
- Managing project delivery from start to finish, including budget, resources, and progress tracking.
- Proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.
- Supporting testing and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Managing change implementation, including communication, training, and documentation.
- Ensuring all project work complies with governance, regulatory, and group standards.
- Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Promoting continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimisation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within financial services, ideally in a change delivery or transformation function. They will combine strong organisational skills with excellent communication and leadership ability, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. A solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is essential. Strong facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to engage at all levels of the organisation are key. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, or SharePoint is advantageous. Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) would be beneficial.
