You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment across the Channel Islands, helping to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead experienced-hire and trainee recruitment, managing the process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct engaging interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee work permits, visas, and onboarding logistics with accuracy and care.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and reporting to enhance efficiency.
You’ll bring CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent), proven recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-driven approach. Familiarity with systems such as Workday and Google tools will be an advantage.
