Job Description What is the opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation Oversight team in Jersey for a 12 month fixed term contract. As an Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to the Banking, Payment & Reconciliation team, business lines and Malaysian Operations. Some of your responsibilities will include, actively monitoring the services delivered by the Malaysian team, assisting with the collection of key performance/risk indicator data across our outsourced activities and support with the development of change requests or process changes to bring efficiencies across the operational teams. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements. What will you do? Undertake process sampling/quality assurance on Banking, Payment & Reconciliation. Undertake process sampling/quality assurance across Banking & Payment products and services. Support the collection of KPI/KRI data and development of monthly reporting to the Outsourced Services Oversight Committee. Monitor outsourced Reconciliation and Investigation activity to ensure it is completed and performed in accordance with documented procedures. Support the maintenance and continuous development of test cases. Assist with the identification of processing efficiencies and work reduction practices by raising suggestions for change. Assist key business partners to ensure effective controls and services are performed in line with SLAs. Support the review and development of operational procedures and process maps. Escalation of risks identified to management for review Operations. Teams within WM Jurisdictions (Jersey, Malaysia, UK). What do you need to succeed? Must-have Experience of supporting Banking, Payment & Reconciliation activities within a high-volume business. A practical understanding of Banking & Treasury Products. Nice-to-have Some understanding of the products offered by the business lines. Basic knowledge of SWIFT What is in it for you?
