Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join their team in Guernsey on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying and recruiting individuals who align with our client’s values while ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment for experienced hires and trainees to meet aligned targets.
- Screening applicants and managing the end-to-end interview process.
- Participating in interviews with alignment to professional values and standards.
- Facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a professional and efficient joining experience.
- Coordinating work permits, visas, and licences, supporting candidates with timely communication and guidance.
- Ensuring policies and processes remain fit for purpose and identifying improvements where necessary.
- Providing accurate recruitment reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in interviewing, assessment, and selection.
- Strong understanding of talent markets and recruitment systems, such as Workday.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Inclusive mindset with an appreciation for diversity.
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure with solution-focused problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Permanent Resident Certificate/Family Member Resident Permit required.
