Join a friendly and professional fiduciary business as a Private Client Bookkeeper for an initial 6-month fixed-term period. Working within a collaborative team, you'll support client accounting and administration across a varied and interesting portfolio, with the potential for the contract to be extended.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping, transaction processing, and accounting for client entities.
- Maintaining up-to-date records including bank statements, invoices, and contracts.
- Reconciling ledger items and maintaining supporting schedules and workings.
- Liaising with administrators to resolve queries and ensure accuracy.
- Preparing and maintaining loan interest schedules.
- Monitoring accounts systems and ensuring data integrity.
- Completing time entries daily to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintaining awareness of changes to financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Producing ad-hoc reports as required for clients or internal stakeholders.
- Displaying and promoting the firm's core values and commitment to client service.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within financial services. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for accounting software. Knowledge of company and trust structures and a proactive, detail-focused attitude are key to success in this role.
