One of our key clients in Guernsey is seeking a Senior Administrator within their Finance team, where you’ll take ownership of the Accounts Payable function and play a key role in financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger and ensuring timely vendor payments
  • Preparing reconciliations, resolving queries, and maintaining financial accuracy
  • Producing daily and weekly finance reports to support business operations
  • Assisting with month-end processes and providing audit support as required
