Front of House Staff
As part of our Front of House team, you'll be the face of our venues, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Taking food and drink orders.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
- Handling payments and operating tills.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Chefs (All Levels)
As a Chef, you'll help deliver delicious, high-quality meals while working in a supportive and professional kitchen environment. Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to company standards.
- Assisting with menu development and specials.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are always maintained.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior chefs).
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
- Passion for food and high standards of presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Kitchen Porters
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
- Helping with deliveries and stock rotation.
What we're looking for:
- Hardworking and reliable attitude.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- No previous experience required — training provided.
