IT Our client is seeking an IT Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role serves as the primary point of contact between staff and the external IT provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for first-line technical support, IT asset and access management, cyber security monitoring, and operational system support. This is a varied role requiring strong problem-solving skills, excellent organisational ability, and a commitment to ensuring secure and efficient IT operations. Job Duties:

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing responsive support to minimise disruption Set up and offboard users, managing access rights, system permissions, and equipment handover Troubleshoot IT issues and manage resolution, escalating to the external IT provider when needed Maintain and review the user access matrix across platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Keep the information and physical asset registers up to date Monitor and triage operational IT requests, resolving or escalating tasks as appropriate Deliver induction training on in-house systems to new users Coordinate with the external IT provider and vCISO on weekly vulnerability reports, patch management, and cyber risk mitigation Conduct and report on phishing simulations and support cyber awareness training across the business Maintain records of monthly vCISO calls and monitor associated action points Manage tasks such as password resets, access reviews, and recovery testing Maintain internal IT knowledge base documentation to support troubleshooting and internal learning Oversee staff parking rota and manage parking allocations Review IT-related invoices, confirming accuracy and resolving discrepancies

Job Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support or administration role Proficient in Microsoft applications with a keen interest in staying current with new technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills Strong documentation habits and attention to detail Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Familiarity with systems such as Acumen, FIS Investran, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, or SharePoint is advantageous
