Banking, Trainee / Graduate Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Payment Administrator to join their Jersey-based team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. This varied role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a mix of administrative, compliance, payment, and project-related responsibilities. The position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations within the crew services division. Job Duties:

Input and verify payments across multiple banking platforms Assist team members with payment checks and processing Manage account openings and respond to banking and compliance queries Maintain accurate company and client data Assist with monthly payroll tasks Support onboarding of new clients and new business efforts Maintain and update contractual arrangements, particularly employment contracts Respond professionally to email and telephone enquiries Monitor and manage crew certification records, identifying expired documents Provide general administrative support as required Support implementation of new systems, such as a crew management platform Assist with recruitment and talent pipeline coordination for vessels Carry out social security registration and reporting tasks Contribute to other projects across the business as needed

Job Requirements:

Excellent planning and organisational skills Strong administrative and research capabilities Superb attention to detail Good IT skills and confident with Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving systems and processes Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
