A Financial Company is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support the daily operations of the busy accounts team.

This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and handling invoices. The candidate will provide administrative support and assist with finance tasks, such as processing premium funding agreements and daily bank reconciliations. Additional responsibilities include handling spreadsheets, filing, mail, travel bookings, and occasionally covering reception duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar accounts or finance role, be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy are essential.
