Trust Our client seeks a dedicated Senior Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and companies. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to client service. The successful candidate will assist with administration, bookkeeping, and preparation of annual accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering high-quality client services.Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies for international high-net-worth individuals under managerial supervision. Communicate professionally with clients and intermediaries through email, letters, telephone, and virtual meetings. Process accurate and timely payments while maintaining robust records. Prepare trust and company accounts, annual reviews, and support monthly/quarterly reporting requirements. Assist with FATCA/CRS reporting and ensure adherence to relevant compliance standards. Supervise junior team members, providing technical support and guidance. Monitor and achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability, and debtor targets within set deadlines. Produce and review high-quality documents, including WIP commentary and administration invoices. Ensure daily time sheets are completed by self and junior staff. Attend client and intermediary meetings to build and maintain professional relationships. Comply with internal policies, procedures, and TCB Codes of Practice. Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Currently studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP or equivalent professional qualification. 3–5 years of experience in a private client trust and company environment. Accounts preparation and bookkeeping skills are desirable. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and work on multiple clients simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proven ability to manage workload effectively under time pressures.
