IT Our client is seeking an IT professional to join their organisation on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting the business with a range of IT functions including system support, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the business. Job Duties:
Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users and resolve IT issues promptly Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network systems Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Support the maintenance of IT security protocols and user access controls Assist with system upgrades and implementation of new technology Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and support procedures Liaise with third-party service providers and vendors as required Participate in IT projects and contribute to the development of IT strategy Identify opportunities for process automation or improvement Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and relevant regulations
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and networking principles Familiarity with system security tools, backups and disaster recovery procedures Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage
