Professional Services Engineer (Network & Security)

A great opportunity for a professional services engineer with a strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies to join a leading provider of telecommunications and broadband services in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer solutions, to document and package delivered solutions adhering to appropriate ITIL procedures while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a Cisco CCNA routing qualification (CCNP is preferred), 3-7 years exeperience supporting Cisco networking solutions and a can do attitude.
