Fund Administrator (Private Equity)

We have an excellent opportunity to work as part of the Fund Administration team, providing private equity fund administration, corporate services and investor services to private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles. Duties include organising/maintaining/filing all fund documentation, preparing all fund distribution/call notices to investors and preparing payment instructions. Candidates must have an interest in studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or similar qualification and will ideally have previous private equity and fund administration experience.
