Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Providing a premier client service by building strong relationships with the Investment Advisor and any other third parties.

Developing a thorough knowledge of the client and their bespoke requirements with regards to key processes. Working closely with the client to resolve queries and with internal teams to ensure delivery of client deliverables. Undertaking a daily cash management process in line with a cash management policy and actioning ad hoc cash management items as and when they arise.

Processing invoices on the client’s bespoke system.

Arranging for amendments to loan facilities, as required.

Completing client monies and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Processing and reviewing FXs, as needed.

Undertaking the investor call and distribution process from end to end.

Dealing with fund closings.

Completing the investor transfer process.

Processing and reviewing investor contact and bank detail updates.

Monitoring investor audit confirmations.

Dealing with investor tax reporting.

Monitoring mailboxes and delegating to junior administrators, providing them with support and assisting with workloads, as applicable.

Acting as a ‘B’ signatory and undertaking necessary reviews in that regard.

Attending meetings with directors and writing minutes timely, including reviews.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a customer service orientation with a concern for quality. In addition to strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic approach and have a positive attitude, taking initiative to prepare procedures and checklists to assist others and work within a team. It is not essential, but applicants holding or studying towards a business/financial services qualification would be preferred. ####
